Enviroflame’s innovative direct contact water heaters are designed for ease of operations and built to withstand extreme and remote winter conditions. They are ideal for industrial, high-volume water heating, including oilfield water heating and frac water heating.

They are the most highly energy efficient industrial water heaters on the market. Our EF Series 100, 150, 270, 310, 430 high-volume, direct contact water heaters provide an industry leading 95% heating efficiency. They consume up to 40% less fuel than other high-volume water heaters on the market and reduce emissions by up to 40% compared to other water heaters.

The EF Series water heaters are designed to meet a variety of industrial high-volume water heating needs. As a tri-fuel frac water super heater, they are capable of burning natural gas, propane and diesel. Switching between fuels is as simple as turning a switch. Water temperature outputs and flowrates are also variable, and are controlled by a 10” HMI display touch screen.

The EF Series lightweight and compact design makes it easy to transport and to fit on tight oilfield leases. It fits into small spaces, including into completely closed environments – like skid shacks or intermodal sea containers – for operational comfort and convenience.

They are the most energy efficient, high-volume water heaters on the market and we designed them to be flexible, safe and easy to operate.

Oilfield Flexible

We designed our innovative direct fired water heaters to be flexible to suit a variety of industrial, high-volume water heating needs, including oilfield water heating and frac water heating. They are proficient at inline pipeline heating, water ponds, tank farms and C-ring tanks.

  • Tri-fuel burner that can burn three different types of fuel (natural gas, propane and diesel): switching between fuels is as simple as a turn of a switch

Our Model EF310 direct contact, high-volume water heater provides an industry leading 95% heating efficiency at 900 gpm and 29+ MMbtu actual heat output.

And our model EF 430 flows at 1300gpm and 40,000,000+ btu true actual output.

Our industrial direct fired water heaters are non-pressurized with a fully enclosed flame, which means:

A 10” HMI display touch screen drives almost all water heater operations, including water output temperature and flow rates. A fully digital control system allows for on-site and remote monitoring: supervisory monitoring, service diagnostics, operator training and data logging.
